No. Skip tracing is pay as you go and works on its own. If you do subscribe to one of our data products, your first subscription includes free skip trace records on top of the data, so you can work that first list without spending anything extra.
It depends on the plan you start on. Any individual plan, which covers Assessors Data, Pre-Foreclosure, Successors Data or Probate Leads, includes 100 free records. The Bundle Package at $250 per month includes 200, and the Annual Package at $2,200 per year includes 300. They are granted once, on your first subscription, and they stay in your account until you use them. Renewals do not bring a new allocation, and adding another module or moving up to a bigger plan later does not add more.

The property address, city, state and ZIP. First and last name are optional and are never required. If you have the owner name it can help, but the address on its own is enough to resolve the household.
