What you get when you start
100 to 300 free skip trace records
Granted once with your first subscription, 100 on an individual plan, 200 on the bundle and 300 on annual. They do not expire, and after that tracing is $0.25 per record.
1,000 free calling minutes
Your first data subscription includes 1,000 free calling minutes on the Triple Line Dialer. They are granted once, on your first subscription, and are not repeated on renewal.
5 sub-accounts and the full toolset
The Triple Line Dialer, CRM, Data Manager, Owner Verification, Expired Listings and direct mail come with any data plan at no extra cost.
What brokerages keep paying twice for
- Each agent buys their own lead source, so the brokerage pays several times for overlapping data and owns none of the pipeline.
- Leads live in personal spreadsheets and walk out of the door when an agent leaves.
- Per-seat dialer and CRM pricing makes it expensive to onboard a new agent for a trial period.
- Nobody can see which farm areas are actually producing conversations.
How a brokerage runs it
One subscription, shared data, and visibility across the team.
Own the data centrally
The brokerage holds the subscription. Records, notes and call history stay with the office rather than on an agent's laptop.
Assign farm areas
Split probate, inherited, pre-foreclosure and expired listing records by county or ZIP, and assign them to specific agents with lead assignment and granular permissions.
Equip each agent
Five sub-accounts are included with the plan. Each agent gets the triple-line dialer, mail merge and CRM access without a separate per-seat bill.
Reach the right person
Skip tracing returns the household, not just the name on the deed, which matters on inherited property where the owner of record may have died.
Measure what works
Call statistics, dispositions and recordings sit against each record, so you can coach on real conversations and see which areas are worth the effort.
What a brokerage typically enables
Expired listings and owner verification are included with any plan, so the entry point is low.
Expired Listings
Listings that came off the market across 300+ MLS boards. The owner already proved they want to sell and no longer has an agent.

Questions we get from brokers
How many agents can use one subscription?
Every plan comes with 5 sub-accounts, each with its own login, custom permissions and lead assignment. Call recordings and dispositions roll up so the brokerage keeps visibility.
What happens to the leads if an agent leaves?
The records, notes and call history belong to the account that holds the subscription, not the individual sub-account, so the pipeline stays with the brokerage.
Where do expired listings come from?
Listings that came off the market across 300+ MLS boards. These owners have already demonstrated intent to sell and no longer have an agent under contract, which makes them one of the more direct listing conversations available.
Can agents work their own uploaded lists too?
Yes. Up to 100,000 of your own leads can be uploaded, deduplicated and validated against USPS records, then worked with the same dialer and mail tools.
